OVERVIEW
OVERVIEW
A short film created at Somerset House during the London Design Biennale 2025. My goal was to capture the essence of the exhibition through atmosphere and rhythm rather than create a straightforward record of the event.
CHALLENGE
Events often rely on explanation. I wanted to remove that and let the installations speak through movement, light and silence.
The challenge was to create a lasting impression without relying on words or literal documentation.
This method offers clients a more emotional and design-driven way to present their exhibitions or installations.
PROCESS
I navigated the installations as if moving through a single evolving space.
Light, sound and geometry shaped the rhythm of the film. Each installation reveals its character while remaining connected to a continuous visual flow.
This creates a cohesive narrative that helps cultural institutions communicate their atmosphere and vision.
RESULTS
The film becomes a calm journey through design, guided by mood rather than narrative.
It offers an emotional interpretation of the Biennale, giving viewers a sense of how the event feels from within.
REFLECTION
The project pushed me to rethink how cultural events can be portrayed.
A focus on rhythm and atmosphere can help an event stand out in a crowded visual world and leave a deeper impression.
This is the same approach I bring to clients who want their events, exhibitions or installations to be experienced rather than simply viewed.
